dust accumulation difficult parking
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room was quite warm despite attempts to adjust the radiator. i found dust accumulation in corners, it suggests a lack of thorough cleaning. street parking was difficult. to secure a spot, i had to circle the block a few times. This added unexpected stress.

excellent victorian house stay
breakfast service kind host
The breakfast service was superb. I felt well taken care of. simon, the host, is very friendly. I found him kind. he always made an effort to talk to us. staying here has made me love the area even more.
there was no issue that i noticed. it really is an excellent b&b, and i cannot recommend it too highly.

the location is great, within a few minutes walk of the main attractions, which i appreciated. the hotel is also situated in a lovely position near the shops. it is also near the beach and pier.

My room was spacious and comfy, with a lovely view of the great orme. I was happy. the rooms are clean and well maintained. they include modern beds and led tvs.

the hotel offers quick access to all the main attractions. the guest house is clean and spacious, and i found the facilities to all be great. i was pleased with my experience.

Breakfast was excellent. I found the choices tasty. the breakfast is substantial with various choices of cereals. i appreciated the toast with butter and varieties of jam. i enjoyed the beautifully cooked breakfast. i felt content.

grease free plate helpful host convenient location detached curtains unaddressed issue questionable parking
the breakfast was very nice with a grease free plate. the host, simon, provided recommendations on local eateries. i found the location to be quite convenient.
the curtains detached from their fittings upon my closing them. this issue was reported but remained unaddressed . i found the on site parking questionable. the room temperature was a bit cold.

friendly owner local reference easy access
The owner and his son are very friendly. I received helpful local recommendations for places to eat and drink. Breakfast was substantial. I liked the easy access to pubs, restaurants, and the pier.
Parking on site is a little questionable.
